**Job Description**:
Turner & Townsend is looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant to join the Milan team.
We are looking for a team player with strong time management and communication skills who enjoys pitching for iconic projects and clients by supporting colleagues to achieve peak sales performance.
In this role you lead, drive and support business generation activities in a way which promotes both the profile of the organisation, develops key client relationships and enables revenue growth.
Success is achieved through the development of clear strategies and business plans, tactical support of key client activities and internal knowledge shares, and finally the practical support to convert opportunities at hand.
In this role, you will be part of our European team and connected with our global business generation team.
**Key responsibilities**
- Driving our bid-to-win process for local and international clients and actively pushing ourselves to bring a wow-effect so conversion is maximised.
- Advising on pitch strategy and execution and support the preparation of client proposals, pitch presentations and interviews.
- Support capture of service best practice via case studies, CVs, collateral and other mediums.
- Run reports on a weekly basis tracking conversion rates on tenders and taking minutes in business generation meetings with senior colleagues.
- Work with Turner & Townsend Key Client Leads to support development of client propositions and client plans.
This includes providing hands-on support to Key Client Leads and Client teams to convert opportunities, supporting client development plans and contributing to client strategy.
- Organising the process of bids through analysing and disseminating reporting and capturing best practice (local and regional level).
- Provide internal and external communications support regarding awards, media relations, social media, collateral, marketing channels and associated profile raising activities.
- Develop business generation reports for various boards and senior stakeholders.
- Develop other administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a corporate enviroment.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills and design skills (specially Power Point).
- Agile - Able and eager to provide hands-on, tactical and strategic advisory support.
- Effective and efficient - Able to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlines; able to lead meetings effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive - Agile and able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communicator - Fluent English and Italian language skills.
- Sound ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and external contacts.
