Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be a member of the Commercial Processes and Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit, specifically in the Portfolio, Trainings and Events Ecosystem Team, which ensures EL wide common tools and experiences in the Electrification landscape worldwide. You will lead projects for the development of global opportunity to remittance & post sale service web-based tools. By collaborating with Marketing & Sales, Global Product Management, IT, Supply Chain and Finance, you will be responsible for defining and documenting functional user stories, including: business and business process rules, user experience, output documentation, process improvements, and downstream system integration needs. In addition, you will be managing timelines, resources, and owning story execution. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification – Smart Power Division. You will be mainly accountable for:
Uncovering, collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements or stories, skillfully translating them into implementation stories.
Collaborating closely with business users and development team to establish clear developments plan and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment.
Working together with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, encompassing capacity, status, and velocity, across planned developments and releases.
Mastering the intricacies of our application landscape and grasp business needs, allowing you to proactively address incidents and changes.
Taking an active role in creating and presenting innovative solutions to our Business users and Partners.
Becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise, contributing your technical and business process/data prowess to drive ongoing operations and develop high-quality products.
Embracing a collaborative, cross-discipline team environment, applying Agile development methodologies and actively participating in all team activities.
Developing and executing test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration tools. Providing training and guidance to users of the tools. Managing timelines, resources, and overall project execution. Reporting out and providing project updates to key stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office, Figma, and DevOps / Jira and you have familiarity with Agile methodologies.
You have at least 2 years' experience in eCommerce, project management, or software development.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Agile processes and/or project management and project execution methodologies.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You are a champion of change; willing and eager to promote change.
Degree in engineering, Computer science, mathematics, or business.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
