Business Factory Controller
for Automotive HBU Airasca Plant In this context, you will be the reference for the HBU factory and the link between the factory and the automotive cluster you belong to. You will be actively engaging in the plant understanding deviations with the aim to suggest corrective actions and improvements.
Key responsibilities Continuously analyze results and monitor variances, identify risks and opportunities and initiate proactive and corrective actions. Partner with Management and colleagues to provide timely financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPI's) to maximize performance; set KPI targets for the production together with the Factory Manager; provide daily KPI analysis. Identify/initiate actions to improve profitability, cost and expense control. Process Owner for Forecast and Activity Plan. Preparation of monthly management reports, ensure timely reporting according to requirements. Working capital management, constant monitoring and initiating actions for accounts receivables, accounts payables and inventories. Support sales for customer communication regarding financial issues. Activities and investments savings calculation and follow up. Standard cost calculation. Various analysis on business profitability and on manufacturing data and year-end inventory check. Requirements Degree in Business Administration or similar education, with some years of experience within Business Controlling or similar relevant background (Finance, Accounting). Experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis, business cases and improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Excel skills at an intermediate level and Power Bi. Professional communication skills and good knowledge of Italian and English languages, both written and spoken (level B1/B2 is expected).
