**Job Description**:
When joining our team as _Business Excellence & Strategy intern_ you will:
**Experience** our cross functional training path.
You will have the chance to get a taste of different staff function by joining their team and learning from their experience.
You will experience hands-on **training** and you will be able to engage in Projects with a 360° approach.
You will have the unique opportunity to be involved in dedicated training experienced, declined in different modules, multidisciplinary Workshop as well as** projects** across department and business units.
The training path will last _6+6 months_ and it will provide you with specific certifications of the skills acquired-Open badge certifications.

What distinguishes you?
**Education**: Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics
**Languages**: fluent in Italian and English; German will be considered as a plus
**Work style**: team player, analytical approach, result orientation, business acumen and pragmatism.
**Other**: curiosity and interest in industrial and technological issues, desire to learn and grow continuously
