The selected person, inserted in the Business Development function, will have as its main objective the development of national and international business, through the analysis and study of markets, sector analysis, identification of high-potential targets, definition and implementation of business development initiatives. He/she will be responsible for the management, quality and analysis of current and potential customer data in the Salesforce CRM, collaborating with the different stakeholders in the studio and ensuring the integration of all data (internal and external databases) to develop marketing and business development activities. He/she will also have the task of measuring, analyzing and monitoring the trend of the main KPIs relating to customers and prospective companies, in order to extrapolate useful insights to define an effective contact strategy and increase the possibility of business development actions towards the target companies identified.
Activities and responsibilities:
- Prepare market analysis, intelligence on specific industries, geographical areas and companies of potential interest for the study
- Create reports and analyses functional to development activities on current and potential customers
- Collaborate with the different functions of the firm and support the Head of Business Development in the decision-making process
- Interact with the Study Partners by presenting the evidence that emerged from the analysis of the data.
Required:
- Degree preferably in economics/management
- 1 - 2 years of experience in market and competitor analysis as well as business development, preferably gained in consulting firms
- Experience in the use of Excel, Business Intelligence tools, Word, PowerPoint, external and internal databases, and experience in big data analysis
- Skills on Marketing Automation and Direct Marketing platforms (e.g.: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM, etc.) will be considered preferential qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Discretion in the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
An aptitude for teamwork, organizational skills and the ability to present the work carried out complete the profile.
