Within the Sustainability & Innovation department we're looking for a Business Development Specialist. He/she will be responsible for the development of new and valuable business propositions, for the definition of minimum viable products and the engagement of all relevant functions. Initial focus will be on Energy Communities business.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support in designing a detailed account plan/business case for the Innovation portfolio and Identify market potential
- Design Innovative products, offers and services concepts for commodity and solutions for all segments for the prioritized initiatives based on market research and design thinking
- Develop with the cross functional team initial models and minimum viable products in cooperation with all relevant company functions (Marketing, Operations, IT, Sales ) In order to pilot and test them on the market
- Evaluate the performance and identify actions and process enhancement to cover new requirement In a continuous Improvement
- Define value proposition and marketing actions to support the launch and scale-up of the new product;
- Support the marketing and sales process during the scale-up phase
- Support the coordination of delivery activities for the new opportunities;
- Support in analyzing best technical platforms or digital solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Technical field (Energy engineering or equivalent);
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in energy companies;
- Knowledge of energy products and marketing solutions
- Strong project management skills;
- Curiosity and passion for the energy sector and willing to explore all business potentials
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Proactivity and entrepreneurship
- Excellent communication & teamwork
- Well organized and result oriented;
- Excellent MS Office
- Excellent English knowledge
