We are looking for a Business Developer to join the Business Development & Marketing team of our rapidly growing Italian branch.
The selected candidate will contribute to defining and executing a development plan, achieving business and economic objectives, and strengthening the company's market position.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 5 years of professional experience, including:A minimum of 3 years in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.At least 2 years in commercial roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences and objectives.Ability to convey complex concepts simply and effectively, including in English.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and goals.Adaptability to rapid changes.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.Goal-oriented mindset.Advanced business English.Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Spanish.Previous experience in international companies.Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and attract new clients and suppliers in the Italian market.Strategically manage the existing client portfolio.Prepare budgets and commercial proposals.Negotiate contracts.Support project management activities.Engage with clients during the acquisition, proposal presentation, and project phases.Collaborate with the technical teams in Rome and Madrid.Conduct market studies, analyze competitors, and monitor industry trends.Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.What We Offer:
