The opportunity We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Digital Experience teams in Italy!
What you'll do Help prospects re-imagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions, crafting new sales opportunities for Account Executives (AEs).Anticipate and adapt to customers' constantly evolving expectations with Adobe Experience Cloud.Identify and provide high-value opportunities into the Sales pipeline.Deliver a "consultative" approach to selling, understanding the prospect's business, goals, objectives, and challenges.Consistently achieve quality pipeline other metrics such as inbound lead follow-up outbound account engagement metrics.Handle territory creation plan for key account executives their accounts.Research key accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and develop accounts.Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads.Quickly route prospects and current customers to appropriate colleagues.Setup, attend run 1st level qualification meetings with customers.Work collaboratively with Sales Solution Consultant teams.Update CRM, Outreach, and other tools to ensure logging of key history.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to run lead generation campaigns.Run outbound campaigns to ensure a balanced pipeline.Provide closed-loop feedback to BDR organization for continuous process optimization.
What you'll need to succeed 2+ years' experience in Sales/Business Development in a SaaS context.Confirmed sales skills delivering inbound outbound experiences.Experience running all areas of the BDR process.Self-starter with high motivation, independence, and ability to collaborate.Ability to quickly learn understand sophisticated business problems.Proficient with standard corporate efficiency tools and sales tools.Phenomenal teammate with ability to work well with multiple partners.Full fluency in both Italian and English are a must.
