**Job Description**:
The **Business Development Representative (BDR) **is an individual contributor role within the regional structure with direct reporting line to the Inside Sales Team Leader, part of regional Inside Sales Hub.
Our BDR communicates with prospective clients and facilitate discussions with decision makers across all account segments, ensuring to qualify business need and how Infobip can help.
BDR is in charge of setting up compelling next steps for the either Infobip field sales, Partnerships, or Inside Sales to engage, that leads to high quality meetings, valuable sales opportunities, pipeline, and new revenue/GP for the business.
A close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships and Inside Sales teams on target account lists is crucial in this role to ensure constant alignment.
**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Use state-of-the-art sales methodology training to engage in one-on-one interactions with prospect customers converting them to quality meetings and sales opportunities;
- Identify customer segment and vertical and/or need early in discussion to route properly to the Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub;
Use class leading tools, like Outreach, Zoom Info, Salesforce amongst others;
- Build and maintain extensive knowledge of how Infobip solves business problems;
- Maintain accurate forecasting of potential meetings, and deliver high results against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets & goals;
- Begin a systematic career path journey where you learn, grow, and take on new challenges;
- Learn a disciplined, programmatic approach to campaign-based pipeline generation and marketing sales-ready lead qualification;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams on proven account-based sales methods;
Work and qualify inbound Leads when required to do so and if applicable in region;
- Ensure the highest level of data accuracy and quality in Salesforce;
- Accept feedback and trainings to keep continuous development with Inside Sales Team Leader and peers.
Qualifications**
More about you**:
- Your communication skills are effective and highly developed, allowing you to approach clients, partners and colleagues alike with ease and achieve your communication goals;
- You are fluent in English and Italian;
- You have first experience in B2B Sales Development or Lead Generation roles (Saas, CPaas or Paas is highly advantageous);
- Experience using, tracking and maintaining data in a CRM system;
- You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence;
- You take a consultative and creative approach to attend to clients' needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs);
- You are passionate about engaging in the sales process and negotiations;
- You have strong analytical skills and passion for technology.
