We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and help train, develop and support our sales representatives, with a special focus on those in their early stage of professional development. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for co-designing, implementing and evaluating effective training programs geared towards improving sales skills, product knowledge and utilizing industry best practices.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement both virtual and in-person sales training programs aligned with the company's business objectives.Facilitate training sessions focused on key sales skills, including prospecting, closing techniques, objection handling, and effective follow-up.Provide individual and group coaching to enhance SDR (Sales Development Representatives) performance.Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to identify areas for improvement and design tailored training solutions.Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and multimedia resources.Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales team. Stay current on industry trends and adjust training programs accordingly.Requirements:Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in sales roles, preferably as Business Development Representative (BDR).Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in leadership roles.Deep knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, and best practices for training sales teams.Experience in co-designing and delivering training programs for both phone and in-person sales.Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into improvement plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to motivate and coach diverse teams.Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) and online training platforms.Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic and changing work environments.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Desired Skills:Sales leadership role for a US company.Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company.Access to continuous training and professional development programs.
