**Business Development Representative** **job description**:
Packly is revolutionising the packaging industry and BDR is crucial for effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
Since we are disruptive, we are looking for a creative thinker, able to craft narratives that speak to customer's pain points and help them see the solution in our platform.
**Objectives of this role**:
- Perform research on competitors, consumer behaviour, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods.
- Analyse customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads.
- Compile lists of potential leads to contact with information.
- Make cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers.
- Attend networking events to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Research & Strategy.
***Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage sales leads to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct outbound sales outreach to engage with clients and set up meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to perfect company pitch and drive lead generation efforts.
- Provide sales support to the Customer Care team to ensure shortened sales cycles and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Goals to drive business growth and profitability.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns and ensure alignment with Company objectives.
**Required skills and qualifications**:
- Excellent command of Italian & English.
Knowledge of additional languages will be a big plus!
- Strong communication to build relationships with potential clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
