To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
The person will play a crucial role in the growth and success of a business by generating leads and expanding the customer base.
The BDR will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to contribute to our overall business development strategy.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Manage and categorise inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort; Assess the suitability of leads by understanding the potential customer's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them on to the Sales team; Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
This involves coordinating schedules and ensuring that both parties are well-prepared for the interaction; Nurture early-stage opportunities before passing them to Sales team; Gain interest through outbound cold calling and CRM journey across a set of existing Salesforce customers; Management and allocation of daily inbound tickets ensuring collaboration between the different Sales teams and proper saturation; Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas; Regularly communicate with the Sales and Digital marketing teams, providing feedback on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
Contribute to reports that help the company track and analyze its business development efforts; Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Find potential clients or partners who align with the company's goals; As the business landscape evolves, BDR needs to stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance their effectiveness in lead generation and customer engagement.
