Talentia Software is a multinational software house, specializing in the Human Capital Management and Corporate Performance Management area and counts among its customers, Medium to Large Companies and Groups worldwide. In Italy and in Europe it is among the most popular solutions in HR and Finance digital transformation Talentia Software seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the marketing area. The BDR generates qualified opportunities through activities focused on market exploration and production of Marketing Qualified Leads (Inbound & Outbound). The BDR identifies prospects by analyzing market characteristics, identifies the necessary information of prospects and initiates the relationship. Uses various techniques to generate business opportunities (cold mailing, cold calling, social selling) to achieve a monthly goal of presentations, business opportunities and revenue generated. He works closely with Account Executives to actively support them in developing the New Business pipeline.
The Marketing team, within which the BDR will operate, is an international structure, distributed in several European countries and specialized on product lines. Constant training and the use of the latest Inbound & Outbound Marketing best practices will contribute to the growth of the BDR's professionality and skills.
The BDR may have career developments in the Marketing or Sales area in Italy or abroad.
Main Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify accounts that match Talentia's offering. Create network of contacts using social networks and databases.Automate prospecting with sales automation tools. Detect opportunities on leads generated from marketing campaigns.Analyze the prospect's needs and timeline and plan the first meeting.Collaborate with account executives to manage opportunities and pipeline.Maintain up-to-date CRM and properly report progress and results of activities.Profile: Skills : Master's degree At least 1 2 years of experience in the roleKnowledge of Salesforce recommendedSkills developed for lead generation and business developmentBusiness EnglishAttitudes: Excellent oral and written communication skillsDynamism and proactivity in business approachPersuasive skillsRigor and method of workEnthusiasm and positivity
