Trumia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and the Business Development team and will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to ensure the successful conversion of leads into clients; Identify and pursue new business opportunities; Work hand in hand with our Marketing team to understand and optimise our marketing channels for business development; Liaise with the Marketing team on business trips, events and international roadshows; Attend internal and external meetings with prospective and existing clients; Bring forward networking trends and identify opportunities; Coordinate innovative business development programmes and solutions; Identify new market opportunities via market research; Create proposals for new and existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services; Requirements: Proven experience in business development sales, or a related role.
Experience within the financial services or fintech industry will be considered to be an asset; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable; Flexible to travel according to business needs; Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills; Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets; Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
