The Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving growth through identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and closing deals.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and stay updated on industry trends.
This role will cover the operations of both Singapore and Malaysia.
Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and target market.
Identify and research potential brand partners that align with our agency's values, aesthetic, and target audience.
Proactively reach out to prospective brand partners through various channels, including email, social media, and networking events.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including brand managers, marketing directors, and business development executives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop customized partnership proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the brand partnership space, keeping Flywheel SEA at the forefront of innovation.
Represent Flywheel SEA at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and enhance our brand visibility.
Who we look for - the ideal profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of digital media platforms, technologies, and trends.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Proficiency in CRM software.
