About the role:
In TDSYNNEX Italy we are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for VMware by Broadcom portfolio . The person will be responsible for translating VMware by Broadcom's growth plans internally to drive them in specific strategic segments.
The BDM in TDSYNNEX is growing profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy, someone with knowledge of Data Center and Infrastructure Software and experienced in negotiation of large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimises results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives.
Demonstrates a solid customer engagement strategy and creates customer unique selling propositions .
Take solution and service offerings to market including TaaS.
Ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
Develops tailored customer value propositions .
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
Good level of knowledge of data center and Software Enterprise .
Good emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion skills .
Strong communication skills , both oral and written.
Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
High energy and motivation.
Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling .
Strategic planning and business case development.
