**Responsibilities**:
As a Business Development Manager - Retail Tech at Witailer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the expansion and adoption of Witailer's tech solutions, driving business growth and market penetration;
- Providing strategic insights and guidance to C-level executives, helping them navigate the digital retail and media business landscape;
- Developing and executing effective strategies to deliver exceptional sales results for both existing and prospective clients;
- Acting as a trusted advisor to CPG companies, facilitating the successful integration and utilization of Witailer's retail media solutions (Amazon and others) into their processes;
- Creating and implementing comprehensive go-to-market strategies working with product and product marketing teams to ensure that we develop and communicate effectively new features for customers
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development, with a focus on client growth;
- The ability to orchestrate and manage intricate sales processes within enterprise and mid-size environments;
- Attention to detail and a solid understanding of technology to effectively communicate and drive solutions;
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a keen sense of commercial awareness;
- A background in selling technology solutions and softwares to brands and manufacturers, particularly in the fields of Consumer Goods / Health;
- Your role will involve organizing and facilitating conference calls, online meetings, product demonstrations;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language, both written and oral.
Spanish language would be a plus.
