Join us as a Business Development Manager - Online and let's make magic happen together.What you will be doingAs a Business Development Manager - Online you'll scout new business opportunities and activate partnerships with Enterprises to introduce Satispay as a payment solution on their e-commerce. The role is based in our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the management - you will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals, and contributions to improve the product. You will lead a team of Business Developers, with the aim of growing the e-commerce business lineYour mission: Develop and execute the online payments strategy to drive growth and profitability for Satispay.Being responsible for Business Development activities targeting Tier 1 online merchants. Your aim will be to activate Satispay as a payment solution in their online shops leveraging existing partnerships with PSPs or direct integrations.Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the online payments industry.Lead a team of Business Developers, with mixed seniorities.Your ideal profile: Proven experience in the e-commerce and payments sector. Ideally, you have a track record of selling tech or payment solutions to Tier 1 online merchants.In-depth knowledge of the European e-commerce ecosystem. You possess a deep understanding of the European e-commerce landscape and have built a strong network within the sector.Experience in team building and leadership. You have successfully built, hired, developed, and led teams of enterprise business developers to drive results.Passion for leadership and fintech. You lead teams to deliver exceptional outcomes in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and have a genuine passion for the fintech industry and its ability to positively impact lives.Strong commercial mindset and exceptional relational skills. You excel in negotiation and can cultivate lasting relationships, with a keen commercial attitude.Language proficiency.
