Job Description We are now looking for a: Business Development Manager Our Business Development, part of Mergers Acquisitions and Debt Advisory team, is a forward-looking professional who works closely with our business platforms which consist of 9 Partners, an Execution Team, and several External Senior Advisors to establish a pipelines of opportunities for expansion through new transactions.
The professional in this role creates new business opportunities and the creation of potential contracts.
He/she promotes the MA capabilities of CDI Global, playing a role in representing our business to industry players and potential customers and partners.
The new colleague will look for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures opportunities and help to structure new business transactions, working closely with our Partners and analysts.
We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates, able to recognize what affects supply and demand and the impact of our customers and partners' decisions.
The new colleague is very analytical and able to determine the real potential of new assets and partnerships for the business, with a strategic mind capable of thinking long-term and planning for new opportunities.
He/She will attend business events and visit fairs exhibitions to establish new contacts with Company CEOs and Shareholders.
Of course, technical skills are necessary to evaluate investment opportunities and value target companies and assets, plus a personal selling attitude to be a reliable counterpart of CEOs, Shareholders, and Company Consultants.
Finally, the ideal candidate is confident and decisive, able to act on opportunities quickly.
