We are on the hunt for an ambitious and goals driven business development manager looking to take Cryptorefills partnerships and alliances to an entire new level.

Location: Italy / Turkey (Smart working / work from home)
Based on previous experience and skills.
Discretionary bonus based on personal and general business performance.

With Cryptorefills, we are on a mission to bring blockchain-based payments into everyday life and accelerate the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin or other digital currencies yet to come).

Cryptorefills is a website and Android app offering users in over 180 countries and territories the possibility to use their Bitcoin and crypto to make everyday purchases.
Users can spend different cryptocurrencies to top up their phone credit across 600 Mobile Operators, pay utility bills, subscribe to entertainment services (Netflix, Spotify, Google Play, iTunes), purchase from top e-commerce brands (Amazon, Bol), shop at retail stores (Walmart), and even travel, buy fuel, and pay restaurant bills.

The Company is a fast-growing fintech firm headquartered in Amsterdam, with a local presence in Milano and Izmir.

Your roleYou will work together with the CEO to drive the partnerships and business development activity.
These partnerships range from comarketing and communication activities with blockchain and crypto communities to integrating the Cryptorefills catalog into wallets and exchanges and developing innovative business models in partnership with third parties.

You will define a realistic plan of potential partnerships to be developed and a plan of activities to be developed with current partners.

Key responsibilitiesDevelop new relationships and foster existing ones, identifying partnership opportunities.
Prepare customized presales documentation such as presentations and business cases to support business development activities.
Understand key requirements for opportunities and estimate the impact in terms of costs and potential returns for Cryptorefills.
Where necessary, liaise with team members to verify technical, commercial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms with partners, supervise contractual negotiations, and offer business support during technical integration.
Maintain warm relationships with existing partners, solving possible issues or escalating them to the appropriate Cryptorefills team member.
Desired skills and experienceMinimum 2 years' experience in business development, preferably in the blockchain/cryptocurrency sector.
Strong interest in blockchain with a good understanding of the technology and industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple partnership engagements simultaneously and effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess partnership viability.
