Your opportunity Join Mollie at an exciting growth stage for both the company and the Italian market. We're a market leader in European payments, loved by over 200,000 businesses. And we are coming to Italy!
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Italian market as our first local commercial employee. As such, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and shape the commercial presence of Mollie across partners and sales. You'll work closely with other teams in Sales, Partnerships, as well as Operations and Product to ensure the best customer experience.
What you'll be doing Play a pivotal role in setting up the commercial presence of Mollie in Italy by executing a wide range of commercial activities.Be the voice of the market and our prospective customers to internal teams, from field marketing to product, to find the winning approach for Italy.Proactively engage with new customers and partners (agencies, SaaS partners) to collect insights and feedback on the local Mollie experience and product.Drive the first commercial results in Italy through your outbound efforts.Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding + integration of new customers to ensure successful go-live.What you'll bring 2-5 years experience, with experience in technology sales; additional experience in a strategic/operational role and/or SaaS/payments is a plus.You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done today.An outbound mindset, with demonstrated experience in outbound skills.You have a structured approach to your work and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.You are an excellent communicator & strong relationship builder.You are a team player and energise people around you with a healthy level of intensity and an entrepreneurial spirit.Benefits: MacBookBirthday offComplimentary baby days20 days working from abroad25 holiday daysWork from home budgetBike lease planPension contributionHealth insuranceEquity plansReferral bonusLearning platformHow we hireStep 1: Apply Our Talent Acquisition team and hiring manager will review your application, and respond within 2 weeks.
