AsstrA invites you to work within an ambitious international team! For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics.
Main Responsibilities:Active work looking for new Customers in the Italian focus market region majoring in selling Project Logistics services.Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers.Attraction of new Customers, retention, and development of Customers.Work with Sales Lists; on-time closing of the set objectives.Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.Identification of regularity of Customer's needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer's portfolio.Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.Skills/Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Sales;Good knowledge of English;Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation;Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills;Proactive approach;Ability to work both individually and in a team.What We Offer:Opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge due to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment;A comprehensive range of internal and external training courses;Open working atmosphere in an open-minded team;Professional development and independence at work;Professional growth based on performance;"Birthday Party" – extra day off;Swiss vacations for Best employees.Apply Online View more jobs | Share this job Imprint | Privacy Policy
