**YOUR MISSION**
- As a Business Development Manager it is your responsibility to expand and maintain our current business and customer relationships together with a constant strive to improve the value offered and perceived by the customer._
** YOUR MAIN GOALS**
- Managing a wide portfolio of customers in the food, cosmetics, pharma and packaging industry,
- A clear relationship builder with curiosity to improve and develop your customers business,
- Capable to manage a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally - contacts might range from a production operator to the owner or business unit director,
- Develop and execute a clear plan dedicated to your local market to increase revenue,
- Clear driver of progress and adding value to your customers supply chain with the ability to be agile and learn on the fly,
- Ability to translate customer's needs into a value proposition.
- You are able to work autonomous, to analyze a customers or accounts challenges and develop a solution whilst managing internal and external expectations,
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equal through experience
(i.e. Business, Food science or logistics)
- Strong sales and account management experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of or working history in the food or food processing industry
- Experience in the supply chain
- Proven track record
- Capable to work autonomously or having limited access to immediate manager
- Strong communicator and presentation Skills
