We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Italy to support ANT in B2B sales consulting of complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions within the Italian region.
Your tasks: Lead generation in the manufacturing industryEstablishing contacts with potential customers and maintaining positive relationships with acquired and existing customersSelling software products (Industry 4.0, MES class) and integration and implementation services for the manufacturing industryAnalyzing the needs and expectations of customersConducting presentations and business meetingsGathering the customer's business requirements and defining the business scope within the presales processes (Smart Calling Methodology)Preparation of offersSupporting marketing activities in the Italian region (website, LinkedIn, SEO)We offer: A permanent employment relationship right from the startOpportunities for further development within the group of companiesInternational environmentFree choice of working hoursHome office option if requiredAbout you: Degree in IT, engineering, a comparable degree, or training in one of the fields with corresponding further training as a technicianHigh sales competence, at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product ownership of IT systems (e.g. ERP, MES, WMS) and lead generationKnowledge of digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, XingCommunication skills and ease in building a relationship with the customerStrong analytical skills and strategic thinkingVery good knowledge of English (min.
