**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management & Development (50%)**:
- Achieve sales goals through strategic calls, effective negotiation, and relationship building.
- Cultivate strong ties with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify and pursue new clients to ensure a robust pipeline.
**Sales Strategy Executions (25%)**:
- Implement strategic plans for optimal growth.
- Develop customer-based sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive sales of value-add and advanced product lines.
**Internal Collaboration (15%)**:
- Enhance customer experience through collaboration with internal teams.
- Share insights for product improvement and successful business plans.
**Administrative Duties (5%)**:
- Prepare accurate sales reports on time.
- Manage CRM data effectively.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commercial/Technical field.
- 3-5 years' sales experience.
- 2+ years' marketing experience.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Experience in plastics or specialty chemicals.
- Proficient in various computer programs.
**Preferred**:
- Multi-functional team experience.
- Experience with retail, channel management, or competitive analysis.
- Capability in 1 additional language (Spanish or French)
