We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform , dedicated to driving business development in the Italian market .
Key responsibilities include cultivating high-value client relationships, engaging Introducing Brokers (IB), implementing client retention strategies, actively contributing to marketing initiatives, and overseeing sales team performance and targets.
This role requires a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.
What will you do in this role: Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Italian market.
Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
Client Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Who are we looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
Candidates must have a existing client & IB list.
In-depth knowledge of the Italian financial markets.
Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good Communication in English & Italian is a must.
