Reporting to theBusiness Division, you willreinforce our Italian team in sales development. Thanks to your network and experience, you arefamiliar with local playersin the field of Datacenter, Critical utilities and Pharmaceutical, Cosmetical, Food and Wine and Spirit industries.
Your main tasks will be :
Develop our offers to build the right sales strategywith high added value for our customers,
Manage and develop your networkand yourbusiness development activities,
Build customer loyaltyby listening to their needs,
Conductnegotiations with our business leadsor customers,identifying all the issues involvedin the project with a view to signing the contract,
Accompany thecustomer throughout project implementation,
Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Graduated from a Business or an Engineering schoolwith a minimum of10 years' experience in an Business Development positionon design and construction projects, you havestrong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation. Proactive,autonomousandorganised, yourstrong interpersonal skillsenable you to enjoymulticultural teamwork.
Fluent inItalianandEnglish, a good level inFrenchwould be a plus.
