**Posizione**:
As a Business Development Manager for MATIX, your focus will be on **driving our company's revenue growth through strategic client engagement and market expansion in the USA.
**You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and contributing significantly to our sales and revenue goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue growth and client retention.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to tailor business development strategies.
- Work in collaboration with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress towards goals.
**Requisiti**:
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with **4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategy consulting**.
**Strong relationship-building skills** and a **strategic mindset** are essential for driving business growth.
Being able to **manage multiple accounts** effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail is crucial.
This role also requires flexibility to travel across the USA up to 50% of the time and fluency in English.
