**Title**: Business Development Manager

**Purpose of the Role**: You will identify and develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients across multiple sectors.
The focus is on building lasting relationships with key decision-makers to grow our market presence and drive revenue through new business.
You'll work with various teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs while ensuring company profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities through market research and lead qualification
- Research industry trends and competition to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Maintain accurate data and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Connect client needs with the right Subject Matter Expert team members
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with internal teams
- Meet established targets for leads and qualified meetings
**Skills & Experience Requirements**:
**Professional Experience**:
- 3+ years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably in mobility or B2B services
- Track record of exceeding targets in complex B2B sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus

**Compensation & Working Arrangements**:
- Initial fixed-term contract for maternity cover, with concrete possibility of conversion to permanent position at the end of the period
