In the midst of a scale-up phase, Prestatech is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop growth opportunities in Italy for both its banking and embedded finance product offering._
- This role requires strong entrepreneurial skills and is aimed at experienced sales professionals with a solid network of decision makers, capable of demonstrating agility and a goal-oriented mindset, ideally with prior experience in the FinTech and/or Technology sectors within the sales department._
- Key responsibilities include: _
- _Generating a pipeline of opportunities through outbound strategy; _
- _Closing deals and building long-term relationships with new clients; _
- _Collaborating with the management and product teams to optimize the customer experience; _
- _Negotiating independently contractual conditions;_
- _Documenting and reporting key activity to ensure high data quality and performance monitoring;_
- _Providing marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as required._
**Requirements**:
- _A Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales or Marketing;_
- _Excellent MS Office skills; _
- _A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the Fintech sector with a proven track record of exceeding targets;_
- _Fluent proficiency in Italian and English language;_
- _Strong process and project management skills; _
- _Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset; _
- _Deep network within the Italian banking sector is a plus.
