Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities to promote company growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential strategic partners.
- Create business development strategies to expand market presence and penetration.
- Collaborate with the team to define objectives and action plans for acquiring new clients.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and potential commercial partners.
- Coordinate partnership projects and commercial agreements, including licensing agreements and joint ventures.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives to make improvements and optimize results.
- Identify new market sectors and expansion opportunities, proposing innovative ideas and strategies for diversification.
- Collaborate with other business functions such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of business strategies.
- Monitor and regularly report progress towards business development goals to the executive team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relational skills.
