**Position**:
Business Development Manager
As a
**Business Development Manager **at Arrow, you will be designated to a specific partner and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units. Your focus would be to work with our senior stakeholders and provide them with the best service to enable the grow of our future cooperation offering them the latest products in the market.
You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about new technologies. Additionally, you are confident in Marketing (events, workshops, plans) and business planning. You have true entrepreneurship and leadership spirit.
**What You'll Do**:
- Manage and organize functions across the Business unit.
- Position partner selling value across the Business unit.
- Set up a weekly meeting with the Business unit and monitor progress.
- Analyze competitors' activities and address opportunities for business development.
- In line with partner's strategy ensure the execution of the plan for each function.
- Analysis and report of performance data.
- Monitor pipeline performance.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- At least 5 years of experience within sales and/or business development in IT or services sector with a relevant degree.
- Good track record in business development in the IT enterprise business units.
- Knowledge and passion about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of global trends, opportunities.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
