Responsibilities Leading new sales generation and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Analyzing sales performance data and implementing strategies for improvement.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
Creating and leading advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services.
Identifying Multiverse Computing's advantages and positioning our products and services as superior to competitive offerings.
Coordinating and organizing technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, etc.
Working with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
Required Qualifications Education: M.Sc.
/ degree in sciences, engineering, or similar.
10 years of business development experience in selling engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success exceeding required sales quota.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM, etc.).
Ability to foster collaboration and coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
Native Italian, excellent English; any other language is a plus.
Travel: up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications Combination of a degree in Science/Engineering and an MBA.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
