Due to the expansion and diversification of our services in the European region, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager—AIM for this newly created role. The role is focused on Asset Integrity Management, and relevant experience is crucial for securing this vacancy.
Location: We welcome applications from candidates based in Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Serbia. The role will require regular travel across Europe.
Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager - Asset Integrity Management Services, you will drive growth and profitability for Fulkrum's asset integrity management services. This role involves developing and executing strategic business development plans, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. You will collaborate with operations teams to create comprehensive proposals and manage marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to target new clients and markets and expand the current customer base.Market Research: Identify new markets, customer needs, emerging trends, and potential growth areas for AIM services.Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their asset management challenges, and propose tailored solutions.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and commercial arrangements to secure new business while ensuring profitability.Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and regularly report on sales activities, win rates, and revenue forecasts.Collaboration: Work with technical and operations teams to develop comprehensive proposals and ensure successful project delivery.Marketing: Support marketing activities to raise brand awareness and showcase Fulkrum's capabilities.Reporting: Provide feedback and insights to product and service development teams and report new client and project developments to regional managers and the Vice President. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong market knowledge and the ability to understand and address client needs.Willingness to travel frequently as required.
