A leading provider of Data Center Solutions seeks a passionate and results-oriented Channel Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of its product line across Europe. This exciting role focuses on targeted development regions like Italy, Turkey, and the Nordics, where the company aims to establish a stronger channel presence and enhance local support reach. Key Responsibilities:
Drive channel business growth for the company's Data Center Solution product range in the designated European region. Achieve annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking in prioritizing tasks. Develop and execute impactful sales support activities within the target Data Center markets. Collaborate in promoting additional product lines and market inquiries as company and regional strategies evolve. Actively cultivate new channel partners, resellers, and end customers across the targeted European markets, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key market sectors. Foster strong relationships with existing distributors, channel partners, and customers while building rapport with Tier 2 partners and end users. Utilize regular communication (email, calls, training, and visits) to maintain control and direct business development efforts. Manage diverse projects, including tendering support, cost negotiations, and assisting with quality, billing, and shipping as needed. Contribute to the development and execution of training programs for distributors, resellers, clients, and their sales and technical staff. Collaborate with management and other sales team members to establish business plans that achieve consistent growth and profitability, exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and aligning with the company's objectives. Develop strategies alongside management to expand the Data Center market customer base. Provide monthly reports and regular feedback to management. Assist with developing marketing plans as required. Participate in and organize training events, exhibitions, and partner marketing activities. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and competitor landscape. Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel business development, particularly for power infrastructure products. In-depth understanding of Data Center Solution products and the regional competitor landscape. Possess the ability to navigate the market, identify new channel partners, and support/develop existing ones. Fluency in English and Dutch OR German is mandatory. Additional European language skills are a valuable asset. Proven track record of success in channel business development. Excellent communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
