Business Development Intern (Italian-Speaking)

Luna Socks is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand that sells personalized socks for pet lovers. We are looking for a dedicated intern to join our team in August for a duration of 3 months and to support our growth in the Italian market. As a Business Development Intern, you'll help us enhance our brand presence by working with Italian creators and adapting our marketing strategy to the Italian consumer behavior. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a company from the ground up.

Compiti Influencer Marketing: Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships to align with brand goals. Social Media Marketing: Create and optimize campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms to maximize engagement and ROI. KPI Analysis: Track and analyze marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights and optimize future strategies. Content Management: Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity. Requisiti Native Italian speaker, fluent in English: Proficiency in Italian as a first language and fluency in English to effectively communicate and work in an international environment. Currently studying or recently graduated: Enrolled in or recently completed education in marketing, business, or a related field. Interest in social media and e-commerce: Passion for and understanding of social media platforms and online commerce, with a desire to contribute to marketing strategies in these areas. Updated with the latest trends on social media: Actively follows and understands current trends and developments in social media to inform and enhance marketing efforts.
