You will become an essential member of our **_Germany_**-based Emma Hong Kong team, playing a crucial role in expanding the Hong Kong market.
You will gain deep insights into Business Development and Marketing operations.
More importantly, you will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with our APAC headquarters, learning how to successfully manage a D2C e-commerce business and experience the open and egalitarian work culture of a European multinational company.
Your responsibilities will include:
**What You'll Do**:
- You will create engaging Facebook/Instagram content and ads using eye-catching visuals and trending topics, and optimizing FB/IG accounts.
- You will support the scouting, negotiation, and selection of influencers/KOLs, and coming up with creative influencer marketing strategies.
- You will conduct in-depth analysis of competitor strategies (including pricing, marketing budgets, promotional strategies, SEO rankings, reviews, product launches, etc.)
to ensure we maintain a competitive edge, and proposing actionable plans.
- You will analyze customer journeys and website optimization to boost revenue.
- You will assist in the strategic growth and operational management of our market efforts, taking initiative to drive success rather than just waiting for instructions.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese.
- Experience in managing Meta business accounts and designing FB ads.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva or other visual ad design tools.
- Visual Creatives Portfolio is welcome.
- Leadership experience in student organizations is a plus.
- Able to commit to at least five (5) months to the internship.
- Required to work two days per week in the Shanghai/Hong Kong/Manila office, with the remaining three (3) days working from home.
- Work 6-8 hours per day.
