We're currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join our highly successful sales team based in Milan.
This position includes hybrid working, we also offer a dynamic position in an international environment.
The role:
You will manage and develop selected enterprise and key accounts where you will advise on a range of world class business improvement solutions to both new and existing customers.
You will work across a wide range of business sectors, working in partnership with your customer to establish an understanding of their commercial drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.
To be successful in this role you'll need excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as, good interpersonal and influencing skills in both italian and English.
Your experience and skills:
- Proven B2B sales experience managing enterprise-size clients as well as developing new business.
- Experience in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell into other business streams.
- Experience in establishing executive level relationships.
- Confident communicator who can take complex technical issues and successfully encourage customers to expand their product range.
- Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations in a sales environment.
- Experience in responding to tenders.
Training:
A full training programme will be provided for you when you start which will involve training on a range of BSI products before reaching out to clients.
These solutions include a range of products and services such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification audits and customized assurance.
