Company Overview:

We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

Job Description:

This role will spearhead content acquisition for FAST channels and CTV apps. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with top-tier content providers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a diverse and engaging content lineup that aligns with our strategic objectives. In this role you'll manage the local relationships with partners (CTV/streaming Apps & FAST Channels) in one of our key regions (Eastern Europe, Nordics, Italy, DACH, France & UK)

Responsibilities:

Smart TV/CTV content business development, partner engagement and support. Identifying and evaluating content providers and application developers to integrate suitable digital services for our Smart TV/ CTV platform
Acquisition of locally relevant FAST Channels that align with our strategic content plans and maximize revenue performance of Titan FAST Channels line-up
Designing a business model and legal conditions that leads to strategic partnerships with our existing content providers and also creating possibilities for new content providers to join.
Maintaining good contacts with agencies that align with the buyers of advertisement and driving the revenue growth.
Defining Smart TV/ CTV Content technology roadmaps and requirements
Maintaining the right contents (prefill, Ads, Apps) on the TVs and Data reporting and analysis on Apps/Content usage and drive the user activation with content partners
Funneling all input from the field regarding apps and Smart TV/ CTV features, get it assigned and track to conclusion. Reporting and communicating these outcomes internally and towards the consumers

Requirements:

5-7 years experience in a Business Development role (with 3+ years experience in Smart TV/ CTV/ CTV Apps/ FAST channel acquisition)
Deep understanding of the region in terms of local content and trends (distributors, companies, locally relevant content, etc.), industry-contacts / awareness, etc
Detailed understanding of all technologies and adjacent spaces relevant for modern Smart TV industry
Professional knowledge of Smart TV Trend/Business Development/App Content/Partnership Management
Experience engaging content partners and on-board the services on Smart TV/CTV devices
Experience explaining Smart TV/ CTV contents, features and platforms to customers and stakeholders
Master Degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing or similar or has reached this level through another form of training or experience
Good communications skill in English is a must, and ideally an understanding of the local regions language
