About The Job You will be based in Italy as part of our international commercial team:
You are passionate about shaping the future of technology and aligning local requirements with our product team. You will work with partners (e.g., energy consultants), discover local opportunities, engage with stakeholders, and act as the commercial representative of Sympower in Italy. You will roll out a go-to-market strategy to successfully develop partnerships and customer relations in the energy domain. You will be responsible for the full business development cycle, from first contact with partners until the handover to implementation. You love building new relationships and closing deals that benefit both Sympower and your partner. What you'll do Develop partnerships for Sympower in Italy. Launch a go-to-market strategy for Sympower in Italy (partners, proposition, business case). Collaborate with engineers and analysts to set up technical and financial cases for customers. Present Sympower successfully to leads, partners, and other stakeholders. Build strong relationships with partners. Prepare a smooth hand-over to implementation engineers. Lobby with the TSO in Italy as needed. Become an expert in the wholesale and balancing markets. Be proactive in new advancements in our industry and advise Sympower on new product development. Build relationships with new commercial partners in dynamic market segments such as energy storage, smart buildings, and appliances. What you'll need Educational background in energy, engineering, and/or business. Minimum 3 years of experience working in the energy domain. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Fluent in Italian. Strong people skills and ability to build long-term partnerships. Excellent communication skills. Valid EU residence permit. Comfortable in an international, fast-paced, scale-up environment. Eager to take initiative and ownership. Availability on a full-time basis and to travel (within and outside of Italy). Knowledge of flexibility solutions in the electricity domain.
