About the role
We are looking for someone to join an ambitious team and manage the complete sales cycle from identification to contract.
You will be supported by sales management, pre-sales, marketing, product and delivery teams to ensure your success every step of the way.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for the following duties
- To achieve new business revenue targets within a predefined territory
- Create, nurture and manage your sales pipeline
- Be coachable, work to a structured induction program and sales methodology
- Maintain an excellent level of market knowledge and become a trusted advisor
- Develop strategic account plans in your assigned territory
- Accurate reporting and full Salesforce utilisation
- Be an ambassador for the company at any client facing engagements
- Utilise associated Encompass sales tools, processes and methodology
**Requirements**:
- A target buster, you have proven achievements in software sales in an enterprise SaaS role, focused on selling to the Banking industry
- Successful experience in 100% new business focused role, building a territory with Tier 1 Banks
- Proven track record of generating leads and realising new revenue across your named accounts
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with experience of dealing at C-level
- You are looking to grow and take the next step in your career and be a part of something exciting and rewarding
Desirable
- Experience selling KYC/AML/Risk/Compliance
