******* The Role As a Business Developer, you'll play a crucial role in converting marketing-generated leads into satisfied Beem customers.
You will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and direct customer sales, responsible for engaging leads, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Your goal will be to ensure a smooth transition from interest to purchase, enhancing customer experience and driving sales growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities - Respond to inbound leads generated by our marketing/growth team, guiding them through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable Beem products, focusing on Solar rooftop and Battery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on customer feedback and sales experiences.
- Accurately track and report on lead conversions and sales metrics.
- Ensure a positive and seamless purchasing experience.

Qualifications You have significant experience in a commercial role with a complete sales cycle (2 years minimum) You are autonomous, curious, and can show initiative Listening and understanding the client are in your nature.
You are committed to collecting the information necessary for a complete understanding of needs.
