Due to strong business growth, we are looking for a business developer, for the Milan area, with strong communication skills and assertive attitude to enhance Business-to-Business sales.The role will focus on promoting Tarkett flooring solutions to key stakeholders in the Office, Retail and Hospitality segments.
The business developer will report to the national Sales Director and his/her key responsibilities will be:
Scouting new business opportunities in the office, retail & hospitality segmentsPromote Tarkett's solutions to key stakeholders:
architects&designers, real estate developers and end-usersDrive sales by building and maintaining key contacts in the specific segmentsDevelop and maintain a solid sales pipeline, in line with agreed Key Performance IndicatorsGain expert industry knowledge and an understanding of client requirements and challengesPlan and prioritize business development activities to maximize sales effectivenessRunning and manage the full sales cycle, from placing outbound phone calls (cold calling) to potential customers, to negotiating andclosing the sales processWork closely with the company's cross-functional teamsSkills & Competencies Clear understanding of B2B project business dynamicsExisting network of active contacts within the assigned region and sectorsSolid knowledge of CRM and MS Office softwareStrong communication skillsEducation & ExperiencePreferably degree in civil engineering, architecture or interior designGood knowledge of English language3 or 4 years of work experience in similar positions will be an advantageWhat we offer A positive culture where everyone is encouraged to achieve his or her full potential.The opportunity to work in a supportive and challenging environment where everyone can have impact and make a differenceTruly international environmentCompetitive PackageBy joining us, you will be part of an international culture where you can expand your horizons, change the game and design the future of society.
