We are hiring a Business Developer to acquire new accounts of Kymos in Italy & South Mediterranean Area and to be responsible for the account management of the same region.
Key responsibilities:
Promoting the company's expertise in analytical services (Bioanalysis and CMC of small molecules, biologics and nucleic acids) as well as advanced therapies
Managing existing relationships with Kymos' clients and partners
Proactively exploring new business opportunities and identifying new clients
Support the company in ongoing promotional activities, events, congresses and meetings
Coordinating with the marketing department to develop proposals for customers
Follow up on quotes, negotiate contract terms and solve any issues faced by customers
Manage the CRM software (Salesforce)

Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
Education: Bachelor's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields, preferably with a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
2-5 years of work experience within pharmaceutical industry, as in pharma, biotech, CRO service providers and/or lab equipment & supplies, preferably in Sales Development or similar; experience working in Italian biopharmaceutical market is a plus
Italian native or bilingual and English at professional level - Spanish is a plus (not mandatory)
Availability for regular travel within and outside the country
Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM software
Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and achieve goals
