This is an opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon logistics business. We are looking for a highly-driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed Business Developer for Italy.
You will be joining the team recently launched in Italy and will be responsible for the commercial activity for medium and large companies, reaching out to new prospects and negotiating with them to onboard in the program. You will also collect market and customer insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers.

Italian speaking is required.
Key job responsibilitiesDeliver Results: identify strong prospects and close successful deals with them.Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our potential future strategic customers.Cross-functional collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical.Dive deep: Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.Invent and Simplify: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organizational performance.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience in business development, sales and account management, ideally in the B2C express parcel delivery industryDemonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentStrong ownership, bias for actionAbility to Dive Deep and deal with large sets of dataExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadershipAbility to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goalsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in the B2C parcel delivery industryExpert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning toolsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
