SUMMARY The Business Developer at Mida Solutions will be responsible for developing technical solutions and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. This will be accomplished by managing relationships with the sales channel and partners while participating in relevant industry events and conferences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Prepare and present technical solutions and commercial proposals. Manage and nurture relationships with existing sales channels and partners. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's solutions. Develop and execute plans to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Continued education in Cloud Solution Selling. Actively promote NUSO products and services with prospects and customers. Participate and execute sales and marketing programs for key customer products and services. Handle daily queries from the field relating to products and services. Develop an expert knowledge of NUSO products, target market and competition. Proactively provide creative ideas and solutions for products and services. Provide support and outstanding customer service to key customer personnel. Actively listen and participate with prospects, customers and teammates to find innovative solutions, improved business methods, and continually work to qualify new opportunities. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Degree in the technical field preferred. Fluent in English required. 3-5 years Telephony Sales experience preferred. Experience in the ICT software products market preferred. High level of ambition and initiative. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to undertake short and infrequent trips in Italy and abroad. Must have Driver's License (B). Possession of all requirements for international travel and willingness to adapt to regulatory changes. Capability to work remotely with a high degree of self-discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Software and/or Cloud Services experience required. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward manner. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Ability to use personal computer and software applications. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This job may require frequent travel up to 100+ miles, including overnight/out of town travel.
