Business Developer

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer to help us expand our client base.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and relationships with clients.
ResponsibilitiesQualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContacting potential clients through cold calls and emailsParticipating in ad hoc events and exhibitions that are interesting for our business developmentConducting research to identify potential clients, new markets, and customer needsBuilding long-term relationships with new customersGathering useful information from customer and competitor dataPromoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectivesFocusing on Sales Goals and keeping records of sales and revenueDeveloping and managing strategic partnerships to grow businessRequirementsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant roleGood at making effective presentationsProficiency in MS Office and CRM (e.g. Hubspot)Market knowledgeAn existing portfolio of clients is highly valuedCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build relationshipsTime management and planning skillsProficient in English and ItalianMonthly reimbursement + Success Fees
