Responsibility The role is inside the Solution & processes area (Coordinator: Pieragostini David) and the assigned goals must be reached through the following activities to be performed according to the decisions taken by the responsible of the unit.
In particular, the profile researched will:
Manage existing clients and generate new pipeline that will support the sales revenue goals.Generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.Identify business opportunities and meet key decision makers in order to obtain commitment in sales goals/targets.Create, plan, and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives.Work independently or in strategic collaboration with the whole market structure to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned.Promote the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.Utilize references and industry contacts to increase sales.Approach customers as an expert consultant and partner for their business and growth.Collaborate with other markets and WWCC to develop innovative projects for clients.Support the market owner in managing relationships with key potential clients (such as Lending Institutions, Governments, Central Banks) to identify up and cross-sell opportunities.The position is based in Bologna.
Necessary Knowledge and Requirements Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent.Very good knowledge of Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access).At least 3 years of experience in relevant project management.Good knowledge of the English language.Availability to travel in Italy.Skills Good knowledge of credit processes and management in complex contexts.Ability to manage internal/external customer relationships with a consulting approach.Ability to identify and monitor goals and results and identify the best strategies to reach the planned results.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to maximize client results and customer satisfaction.
