Business Developement Manager (Incentive & Loyalty)

Amilon, an Italian-headquartered company and leader in the E-Gift cards industry, part of the Zucchetti Group, is looking for a new Business Development Manager.

The candidate will be part of Amilon's Business Development BU and will be responsible for the Incentive & Loyalty market business development expansion through the following activities:

Gaining a deep understanding of the Italian Gift Card Business. Defining a sales strategy in collaboration with the team and the Head of Global Sales. Scouting new corporate clients with a specific focus on the promotion, incentive & loyalty market and specific sectors. Managing the whole sales cycle from leads qualification to opportunity creation and closure, including the following intermediate steps of the sales funnel: Needs analysis, commercial proposal, negotiation, prospect commitment.

Working with other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals. TO HAVE A GOOD MATCH THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Experience in industries such as promotion, incentive, or loyalty. 3-4 years of experience in business development (not account or key account). Professional knowledge of English (C1). THE CANDIDATE SHOULD REPRESENT:

New customer acquisition skills and a sales-driven approach. A natural predisposition for gaining contacts and maintaining relationships. A highly consultative approach to building customer relations. Confidence and eagerness to be part of a bigger global team, along with a willingness to contribute to the development of Amilon's business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to understand client needs and summarize them from a problem-solving perspective. Well organized for personal and team comfort, hygiene of work, and business interest. Confidence in pitching and negotiating, while also growing company profitability by proactively proposing new sales methodologies best applicable in the market. Ability to travel for client visits.
