Amilon, an Italian-headquartered company leader in the E-Gift cards industry for the B2B market and part of the Zucchetti Group, is looking for a new Senior Business Partnership Manager.The candidate will be part of Amilon Business Partnership BU in AMILON IBERIA offices and will be responsible for managing and reinforcing our business relationship with active partners in the Spanish market via the following activities:Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business with specific focus on the SPANISH market.Defining a partners management and growth business strategy in collaboration with the team and managers.Management of daily commercial partners' requests, always looking for the best way to solve it with a WIN/WIN solution.Efficient internal communication with different departments to provide solutions aligned with the AMILON respective area (Finance, IT, Operations, Orders …).Maintain a frequent and active relation with partners through:Efficient and frequent communicationPeriodical meetings/business reviewsKeeping them informed about news or changesLooking for and pushing for new business opportunitiesBeing the owner of the commercial aspects and obtaining support for operative aspects from the AMILON CLIENT MANAGEMENT team.Working in unity with other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for partners, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals.TO HAVE A GOOD MATCHTHE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:Spanish mothertongue, English (spoken and written), and Italian nice-to-have.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B business management or development.Experience in the following industries or similar:Incentives AgenciesLoyalty AgenciesMarketing agenciesBenefits AgenciesRewards ResellersMerchant company (position related to Gift Card Management)THE CANDIDATE SHOULD REPRESENT:Good relationship and communication skills.Business analytic skills.Business Strategy skills.Natural predisposition to reinforce maintain business relations.Highly resolutive and pragmatic.Confidence and eagerness to be part of a bigger global Team, as well as willingness to contribute to developing Amilon's business.Ability to decrypt client needs and summarize them from a problem-solving perspective.Well organized for personal and Team's comfort, hygiene of work, and business interest.Confident in pitching and negotiating, while also growing company and partners' profitability by proactively proposing new business strategies and best practices.PLACE OF WORK:Madrid offices (Calle Velázquez 50) combined with smart working on a weekly basis.WHAT WE CAN PROPOSE YOU FOR WORKING WITH US:Nice and friendly work atmosphere.Blank page in creating value in terms of New Business.International environment: you will feel part of a global team while having huge relevance in the development of the local market.Your work matters!
